What is the minimum charge?
The minimum charge for documents of 1,000 words or less is US$14.50. PowerPoint posters are US$28.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Discounts start at 3% above 1,000 words and rise to 12% for 10,000–18,000 words. Translation discounts range from 7% to 17%. For more than 18,000 words, email us for a custom quote.
Are there payment surcharges?
Card payments carry a US$10 processing fee (plus US$1 per US$10 above US$100); bank wire transfers carry US$15.
Do new customers get a discount?
Yes, new customers save US$7 on their first order.
